  1. Existing partners: how and why do I have to advise my ABN or GST tax status?
    From 09:30am AEST Tuesday 9th March important changes to your account will come into effect. On login, an additional page will appear and you will be requested to update your details depending on the location of your business:

    Australian partners

    For Australian registered partners, to ensure we can continue tracking your sales and pay the correct referral fee, please log back into your account from 09:30am AEST Tuesday 9th March and tell us your ABN, GST status and agree to our new affiliate agreement. As soon as you advise these details for each of your accounts, we will continue tracking your sales. Please also use the “Update your Details” section in your account to ensure your correct address is displayed.


    International partners

    For international partners, this change does not effect your account and we will continue to track your sales and referral fees. You will have to agree to our new affiliate agreement next time you login. Please use the “Update your Details” section in your account to ensure your correct address is displayed.


    What has changed?

    Until March 1, 2010, World Nomads was an Isle of Man registered business. World Nomads has now changed our registered business address to Australia. This means we are bound by Australian tax law, which changes our affiliate agreement for all partners.


    What do I need to do?

    For partners operating in Australia, with GST registered status, we are legally bound to pay you a GST on your referral fee. We require your ABN and GST tax registration status in order to continue tracking your sales referrals and paying the correct fee. For Australian partners without an ABN or GST registered status, you must log in to advise. Please check/change your address in the “Update your Details” section of your account.


    For international partners operating outside of Australia, please log in, accept the new agreement to access your account. Please check/change your address in the “Update your Details” section of your account.

  2. How can I earn revenue as a World Nomads Partner?
    As a World Nomads partner, you can earn revenue from every travel insurance sale that you refer to us.

    Our travel insurance covers residents of over 150 countries travelling worldwide, and can be purchased, via links from your website, even if they are already travelling.

    Keep your customers travelling safely and benefit from an easy online revenue stream by offering World Nomads Travel Insurance and our other free and engaging content on your website.

    • We provide you with the content for free - simply cut and paste into your website and start earning immediately.
    • Earn up to 10% for every sale, paid once the insurance policy starts.
    • Referral fees are calculated and converted to AUD at the current interbank rate. This rate is fixed at the time of sale and held in a partner account.
    • No capping: Partner accounts are paid monthly by PayPal or directly into your bank account once minimum payment threshold is reached ($250 AUD Bank accounts $150 AUD PayPal accounts).

  4. Simple steps to start earning with World Nomads
    1. Apply online or contact our Partner Manager if you need further information. Your application will be assessed within 2 working days.
    2. Once approved, you will receive confirmation of your account, access to our online account management tools and details on how to integrate our links and content into your website so you can start earning immediately.
    3. Log into your partner account; choose from a range of content including free travel related products and services to offer your customers to keep them travelling safely and help you earn.
    4. Simply cut and paste your ready-made content into your website.
    5. Your customers use these links to purchase their travel insurance online, directly with us, and these sales are tracked against your account.
    6. Track your conversion rate and sales using our online account management tools.
  5. Help! I can not access my Partner Account

    WorldNomads.com corporate partners can access their online account to review sales reports and access a range of ready-made partner content.

    To access your partner account, please go to the Partner Login page

    You can also use the "Partner Network" link from the bottom any WorldNomads.com page or look for the login in the top corner from The Partner Network hub.

    If you are having trouble you may be trying to sign into our WorldNomads.com member login. The "Join or sign in" login at the top of most of our pages is for World Nomads members / customers only.
