You only ever seem to hear complaints about travel insurance companies and that we're a bunch of cheating lying thieves. Well, we thought we'd open the lid on a little of what we do and tell it as it is from some of the people we have helped.
My partner and I were working as cooks for the outdoor kitchen at the Pari-Dakar bicycle race. I put my laptop (in its bag) inside a tall kitchen locker one evening. Someone opened up the locker and the laptop and bag fell out of the locker and on to the floor. The laptop would not turn on afterwards.
