You only ever seem to hear complaints about travel insurance companies and that we're a bunch of cheating lying thieves. Well, we thought we'd open the lid on a little of what we do and tell it as it is from some of the people we have helped.
I had just had a lesson on the Bunny Slope and thought I’d be daring and try it without my instructor the next day. Halfway through the day I fell and got all twisted up in my own skis! There was a huge gash in my right leg from my left ski, and I had to be stitched up in the local Emergency Room.
