You only ever seem to hear complaints about travel insurance companies and that we're a bunch of cheating lying thieves. Well, we thought we'd open the lid on a little of what we do and tell it as it is from some of the people we have helped.

I was on vacation in Ireland and fell down in the super slippery bathtub at my hotel. I twisted my back but didn’t think anything of it at first. A few days passed and the pain became so bad I couldn’t walk. I went to the hospital, who then referred me to a great physiotherapist in the area.
