True claims!

  • My bag didn’t arrive on my flight to Casablanca from Frankfurt. I waited until there were no more bags then made my claim. The next flight from Frankfurt wasn't until Friday and I had to travel to Marrakech in the morning. They said they would send the bag to Marrakech Saturday morning. I called several times and spoke with people both in Marrakech and Casablanca but they didn't send the bag on any of the three flights on Saturday. As I was leaving on Sunday morning for a two week trip around the country, I thought it wise to buy some clothes. The bag was finally sent on the 11:30 am flight from Casablanca to Marrakech on Sunday morning but we were already several hours out of Marrakech by then.

  • I was playing ultimate frisbee in a park. I jumped for a catch and landed on my ankle badly. My ankle made a crack noise. I was able to limp off the field on my own. Later that night, I was in more pain and decided I would go to the hospital the following morning to see if there was anything seriously wrong. I went to hospital, and doctor was fairly confident there was no break but some pain in a specific spot on my ankle suggested it was worth x-raying anyway. The X-ray did not show a break. The Doctor diagnosed a sprained ankle, provided tube grip for support and crutches for walking.

  • I had severe diarrhoea, a lack of energy, and I was sleeping 18 hours a day. I was suffering from severe dehydration and lack of nutrients. I got an ultra sound to determine the problem, it was gastro-intestinal. I got two shots and had to be on an IV for a few hours. I was then prescribed some antibiotics and sent home.
