Because our services are all online and our Nomads access them from all kinds of
interesting, far-away places on strange computers, we inevitably have a few
problems from time to time. The three most common issues are:
1. A forgotten password
Ah, it happens to the best of us. If this is the case, just enter your email
address below and we'll email it to you immediately.

2. Cookies
Unfortunately, without cookies enabled in your browser, you won't be able to log
in to World Nomads. Before trying to log in, please ensure that your browser
accepts cookies. For example, in Internet Explorer 6.0, you would complete the
following steps:
- Select 'Tools' from the menu bar, and then click on 'Internet Options'.
- Select the 'Privacy' tab.
- Click the 'Advanced' button
- Check the 'Override automatic cookie handling' checkbox.
- Select the 'Accept' radio-button for 'First-party Cookies'.
- Click 'OK' to close the 'Advanced Privacy Settings' box.
- Click 'OK' to close the 'Internet Options' box.
- Close all browser windows before attempting to log in to our site again
3. Hotmail
About 40% of you use Hotmail as your preferred email provider whilst away.
Unfortunately, when we send you an email and you click the link in it, Hotmail
doesn't actually go to our site, but 'frames' the content. If you then try to
sign in, many of you will discover that it doesn't work and you just end up
back on the home page.
The solution to this is:
- Open a clean, NEW browser window (Control + N on most computers)
- Type www.worldnomads.com into the address bar of that browser. This should
actually bring you to our site. (make sure you don't click on any links to get
here, just type it in manually).
- Now try and sign in with your details (you should be fine!)
