Steps:

1. Register with WorldNomads.com (or login if you are already a member)
2. Create a journal to host your story
3. Enter your (2000 character max) travel story on one of these topics:
   * Understanding a Culture through food
   * A local encounter that changed my life
   * Seeing the world through other eyes
   * Giving back on the road
   and tell us why you think you should win (800 characters max)
4. Answer some personal details so we can contact the winner.
5. … Finally, the legal bit. You know, the T&C's etc.
