With roots in the Washington, D.C. area, Alex has spent his adult life moving around the country, never remaining in one place for more than a few years at a time. He holds a B.S. in Psychology and English, and was one of the winners of the World Nomads 2017 Travel Writing Scholarship. Addicted to the rush of exploring new places and having gotten his feet wet in the travel writing industry, he continues to live nomadically.
