Eileen W. Cho is a Korean American photographer and writer based in Paris, France. Having been born abroad, she has been traveling literally her whole life, traveling solo since her parents sent her to Eastern Europe to play viola when she was 12. When she's not testing recipes in her tiny Parisian kitchen or visiting French producers, she spends most of the year traveling the globe to experience new culinary delights.
