Meet George Janes
Writer
George is a London based writer and journalism student. He has previously published work through photography company Lobster Media, and currently produces content for the international charity All Hands And Hearts - Smart Response.
Beginning in 2015, George spent two years making his way around the globe, visiting countries including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Nepal and China before restarting his degree in September of 2017. He has ticked off over 25 countries on his adventures so far, enjoying nothing more than exploring a new city, forest or wilderness spot.
He has previously lived in Perth, Australia and often spends time hiking amongst the mountains and valleys of the Lake District, UK. Besides writing, he loves cooking, hiking, playing soccer and brewing his own wine.
