Travel writer
Jac Taylor's words and pictures have been published in magazines, newspapers, books and online over 20 years, while she built a career as a travel writer, photographer, magazine editor and lifestyle content specialist, and before that, as a travel and lifestyle TV producer (Getaway, The Great Outdoors, Sydney Weekender). During all of that, she hung off speeding steam engines, trekked by camel, won a mud-wrestling trophy (and a full-size barrel of peanuts) in Las Vegas, strolled through -40deg frozen Siberian steppes, feasted on frog stew in Singapore, and survived cholera in India. She is now the founder and managing director of the collaborative agency Crucible Content, as well as loving mum of one very well-travelled young daughter and two rather apathetic cats.
