As editor-in-chief of Action Asia magazine, Steve roams widely from his base in Hong Kong in search of paths less-trodden. Mountains are a life-long passion, especially volcanic ones, and even after more than 20 years in the field, he still can’t quite believe his luck at having "work" that entails dropping off the grid to go explore. Steve also freelances for other travel and lifestyle titles, giving him scope for more accessible adventures where "discovery" includes a boutique hotel and the local craft beer.
