  • Are there exclusions or limitations?

    Yes. Common exclusions include:

    • Medical costs in New Zealand
    • Travel to destinations with "Do Not Travel" warnings
    • Pre-existing medical conditions (unless covered in the policy)
    • Some adventure sports without specific coverage
    • Losses from unlawful acts or changing your mind about travel Check your Policy Document to understand your coverage.

  • Can I cancel my policy and get a refund?

    You can cancel your policy for a full refund before 11:59 PM NZST/NZDT the day before departure if:

    1. You haven’t started your trip.
    2. You haven’t made a claim.
    3. You don’t plan to make a claim. Sign into your account to cancel or contact us for help.

    Just sign into your account, choose your policy and follow the links to cancel before your policy Departure date. Note: Refunds are not provided for unused policy portions if you return home early.
