To keep offering you great value and service, we need to increase our prices by 25% for the Standard and Explorer plans offered to Brazilian travelers. The new prices will be taking effect on December 18, 2017.
Over the past few months, our costs have increased significantly. This is mainly because of the increased amount of large claims, particularly for medical assistance and baggage loss, which have had an enormous impact on our pricing structure.
