The Vizcacha (Lagidium viscacia.) is a species of rodent, which lives in a herd and has its burrows in the hills around the city of La Paz. They are about to disappear from the city, due to the uncontrolled increase of the urban sprawl and the overpopulation of dogs and cats.

Nowadays it is very rare to find bees in the wild because they are close to extinction, due to different factors related to the growth of the city and the impact that this generates. These bees are found in the forest of the area of Auquisamaña, City of La Paz, which just began being protected.

The Andean carpenter seeks its food in open areas, grasslands and river banks. It is not common to see it in La Paz; nevertheless, he has found a perfect home in the Garden Cemetery, which unfortunately is one of the few places with wide pastures, in the city, the perfect source to find his food.

The Anairetes Parulus known as Cachudito, is a kind of bird that can be seen in the forest of the Auquisamaña area, thanks to the care it has in the sector, can live naturally in small groups, making their nests cup type, made of branches and strands of grass and covered internally with feathers.
