I had decided to donate some money to the Fred Hollows Foundation. Arriving, I saw the familiar post box, phone booth and jacaranda tree silently greeting me like old friends I had come across at some strange hour of the evening

The walk to the post box felt longer than usual as the evening gleamed into the far corners of the sky. While not a particularly big trip geographically, from the perspective of the adventurous spirit it was a winding journey. I wondered how far away the letter would go.
