After a journey to Belgium, I went to Maastricht, in the Netherlands, to spend an afternoon and a night there. I didn't expect at all what I found : a city with no cars and only people riding their bikes or even walking. I was wondering : Is it real ? Does it really exist? The answer is YES. It was like the "Dream Green City", encouraging their habitants to reduce their carbon emissions and respect our environment as much as possible. I was so amazed, and for me, it was really an example to follow. It was already insane for me to see a green city like this, and when the night came, I found a place even more incredible. It's called "The Green Elephant Hostel", the most eco-responsible hostel I've seen in my whole life. You can try natural and recycled products there, they have their own garden and you can even eat some biological food for free. Every detail of the hostel is here to remind you that we should take care of our Planet, and I also think it's a wonderful way to show the tourists how easy it is to live in a respectful way for our planet Earth.
