A One Day Trip to Mushkpuri Top

A leap into the unknown Pakistan

I got admission in the university. It was my first semester and seniors welcomed us with a welcome trip and a welcome party. A welcome trip was to Mushkpuri Top - one of the beautiful places on earth and in Pakistan. I made a few friends in the university as it was the start, and I really don't get comfortable easily with anyone but once i get comfortable, then everyone enjoys my company. This trip helped me made new friends and beforethis trip I had few friends in the university. I made my first compromise, on my behalf, for this trip that was, not all of my friends were going, only two of them were going. So yeah I couldn't enjoy that much and I would definitely miss them there. Anyways, me with my two friends went there. In the morning, we had to reach the university at 7:30 am. Then after all the arrangements and after being grouped with our own classes in one bus, we left the university at 9:00 am. I didn't have much interaction with my class-fellows before but this trip enabled me to make some new friends and have some beautiful memories. On the way to Mushkpuri, me along with my friends and class-fellows, played some songs amd sang with them. Few of the class-fellows danced also in the bus. It was fun. Also, we had a trouble while playing songs, as one was suggesting one song and the other was another. Our voices were so loud that we weren't listening to the singer at that time and we were singing the wrong lyrics even when the singer was singing the right ones. We were so into the moment and we were enjoying that moment to the fullest. Everyone was allowed to go crazy and no one was judging no one. Then when we reached Murree, we had to hike to reach the Mushkpuri T "Top." At first there was a road we had to move and keep walking until we get that hiking path. Trust me, that road was more difficult to hike than the mountain itself! We hiked that road then we started hiking the mountain. In the start, we were like " we'll make it!" But as we started climbing it became difficult and difficult. It was so beautiful and peaceful all around. The environment was soothing. Each one of them were taking care for their fellows. Everyone was helping their friends to hike. We were so into the moment and it was so beautiful and amazing. One of my class-fellows played the songs and this added to the moment. Also as we were listening to the songs and were focusing more on the lyrics than on hike so our minds were relaxed. Music really is a great escape! Then in between, few of my class-fellows were left behind, so we waited for them. While waiting for them, we took some good memorable pictures provided each other with water and snacks. Those moments really were so beautiful, there was care and love all around with the sprinkles of jokes between friends. We walked, we hiked, we moved alot. Then there was a mesmerizing gift of the nature. Everyone stood there enjoy that. Even now, whenever, I think of that moment, it fills my heart with pleasure and mind with peace. Then after some time it starting raining, which added to the beauty of the scene. We were in between the clouds. Clouds were moving by our sides. It was so beautiful and charming. Then we started hiking again to reach the top. After some time, finally we reached the top. I would definitely say that the view and scenes above were worth the hike. We were so tired when we reached the top but it was actually worth the effort. At last, I would say that, before reaching the top, I was thinking of it as a normal piece of land but as I reached there I realised it was one of the masterpieces of God. By hiking I learned a life long lesson, that " If we are determined to achieve some goal, we can achieve it by strenuous struggle and effort, and most importantly determination."
