I happen to sit with few guru's in the Himalayan mountain, who have been practicing the meditation, kundalini awakening from ages and ages, they taught me how to get deep into meditation and that is our sole purpose of life to know god. They eat very little and only a vegetarian diet. living in the mountains and cave isn't that easy. but staying in cave made me feel how it would have been when we were just human sapiens without civilization. local people are also very spiritual, they do not touch any human who visits from out of their village, you have to keep deal by keeping stuff on the ground. No alcohol is allowed in the village. Someone told me about astral traveling, and that fascinated me so much as I am a traveler myself, I wanted to try this astral travel journey, but this is not a simple journey to go on. Saints told me one has to get down deep into meditation and your astral body starts floating around the universe. and we can travel anywhere in the whole of the cosmos. Smiles on the faces of baba's was priceless. they wanted to give so much to the world which has been kept so secret from the outer world. and while coming back, one baba did christening for me. and I got a new alias name Shivdas. om Namah Shivaya. I have been a good traveler all my life but believe my words nothing can match the excitement and curiosity to be with these people. It was to me as if I literally met Aliens from other worlds.
