Last year I went to Malaysia with my mexican friend who is like a sister to me. We planned this travel one years before and the target was doing more days possible to visit more places, at the cheapest price. When we were in Malaysia we took a plane and we gone on an island, but there transportation was not that great and so we mainly moved on foot. In the evening walking we met two local boys at a stall and one of them was working in our hotel. They offered to rent scooters to get around the island and get to know it. We are not big fans of scooters, because we don't like two wheels very much, but we wanted to know everything possible and so next day we went for it. It was a fantastic day wandering through the rice fields at sunset, among the secret beaches that only locals know where are no tourist, waterfall in the jungle with funny monkeys, driving past by the airport side to see the planes take flight, and food markets, where we ate way too much local products but we wanted to try as much as we could. With that boys we are still in contact, and we want to plan another travel togheter. I love these experiences and I will always remember that beautiful day.
