Traveling. We all need a nice getaway once in a while right? I finally got a chance to take some time off my 9 to 5 and treat myself to a nice vacation. I wasn’t sure where to go at first. If it was possible I would go visit every country at once. Now wouldn’t that be amazing? I ended up going to the Bahamas. I was there for 10 days. The Bahamas is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean in my opinion. I definitely felt like a Bahama babe my whole stay. The main thing that stood out to me on this trip is the fact that I done something I don’t think I ever would’ve done in life. I swam with SHARKS. Keep in mind I’m terrified of sharks. But I made a bet with my friend that if I swim with the sharks, and I don’t chicken out. My reward is $500. My friend definitely knows my fear for sharks. He was extremely shocked to see that I was swimming with the sharks. I also wasn’t even scared. And I probably would do it again. You know what they say, don’t knock it till you try it. I’ve had an awesome time swimming with the sharks. Now every time my nephew sings the baby shark song. All I think about is my time swimming with sharks in the Bahamas.
