Being happy is the biggest form of success, and it does happen when you travel. How? I will explain you right here. My visit to Chikmangalur helped to be happy again, and learn that life is full of suprises. The journey started from Bangalore. At first I saw the Chikmangalur town, I wasn't impressed, instead I was disappointed. But the real magic happened the next day. We started at around 9am in the morning, and the magic kicked of at a time close to 10:30 am. As soon as I started feeling cold, I thought it is just a normal hill station, but the deeper we drove, the wilder was the experience. I saw fog. How is it relevant? I remember many a times I went on a couple of trips to feel fog, but unfortunately I never happened to see any. We stopped the car and run into fog. At that time I felt blessed, a life long dream came true. And to my suprise this time the fog didn't run away from me nor I had to chase it. Through out the way to the top, my eyes kept in chasing the fog. And just before the peak we had a small hault where I experienced heaven. There was nothing around me, nor inside me. It was fog and strong storm wind, which was not letting us climb the hill. With each step we kept forward, the wind dragged US backward. But we didn't stop, as we know the struggle doesn't matter if the destination is beautiful. At that point when I experienced the joy, the wildness in the wind and chillness of fog, I realised. Being happy is the biggest form of success. Give a visit to Chikmangalur and experience the same thing that I experienced. Believe me it is worth it.
