I didn't expect to find India

I went to Darjeeling on a solo trip. I was amazed by the famous Toy train that runs on the coal from the mountains which is also a UN Heritage.I was amazed by the lush green tea plantations. But what really gave me the ultimate joy was discovering the Mahakal Temple which is a trek of 20 mins from the main road. Here they practice Hinduism and Bhudism Both.It epitomizes the fact that God is one. I have been traveling all around the world but this place offered me inner peace its rare for a figity soul like me. Not to forget mentioning the amazing weather ,the locals, the cafes, the monestries, it has retained its nature and simplicity I'd highly recommend it.
