Being English teacher since 1991 make me never stop learning how to be better in teaching English in my beloved country . Teaching English in defferent level of course can enrich the knowledge in teaching .I should consider to make different lesson design in every teaching. unfortunately in every time to teach the student .I have got sone question to my self . how could I be a great teacher in I never to the real English speaking country .Experience in teaching for years never been complete without experiencing in english speaking country. Choosing the Great country to study .for instance Finlandia. make all teachers wonder how could we go there and see teachers apply all new methods to student and become center of education in the world. There must be many incredible ways to learn to make better output . teaching skill in 21st century is suggested to apply for all over the world. in There are alot of new method in teaching the language , especially nowdays in digital era, if we can't follow the trend it will be left behind . There are many resources can get easily through internet but not enough. While Indonesian education minister department is working hard to change old ways and program with new and and nodern in a hope will meet better result or student out put. The education minister seem already changed some old curriculum , teachers in Indonesia feels its a real changing toward better output and outcome. As a teacher should be never be old to learn sonething new for the goodness. I am an English teacher coordinator in a such growing private school in one of island in Indonesia .exactly in Borneo Island. In my school English is going to be our second language for soon.Many training has been offered and applied . I think our school also need someone who gets more experience of knowing how to teach English effectively in class in the country like Finland. I thought to myself if I could go to finland and visit some school ,I would bring those valuable thing to my school and share to others. My school would be more develop as well the students. Some program would be expected to get are how our school english curriculum make and develop,how could we develop the english teachers competences, how we could get more link to develop the educational system. and how make our students go Internatinal.
