After graduating from university, i started to work as an English Teacher intern in Valencia,Spain. So it was a way to travel around Europe and learn Spanish. After spending some time and adopting Spain, I have started to plan my destinations, first i went to Portugal by the cheapest airway as an intern then i planned a voyage with multiple stops including Germany, Czhek Republic, Netherlands and Belgium. As my first flight is to Berlin, i started from there and then by bus i arrived to Prague, at first i found a couchsurfing host then i got bored and moved to a hostel. I met with some friends by couchsurfing again and spent my holiday in Prague with them. The last night we planned to have a goodbye party all together and most of my friends would go after that night. When They left, i also wanted to go to my hostel back As i would have another trip to Cologne, however i couldn't because Some robbers has just stolen my backpack including my phone, all types of cards(resident permit, passport, bank cards), money ;I even didnt know how to get to my hostel, I checked all of the trash bins by hoping to find at least my passport but no, nothing could help me so i sat in a pavement and started to cry. After some minutes, four guys from somewhere i didn't know tried to talk with me. Since they weren't speaking in English very well, i thought that they were just some drunk guys. One of them came closer again and told that they didn't know what happened but they were just willing to help me as They pittied on me. I would either clutch at straws or spend the night in the streets. Therefore i accepted their help and went to their place to communicate with Turkish Embassy, My parents and friends to know what to do. These guys were Portuguese when i speak Spanish they could understand. We all arrived to their place, i was still crying and after i saw that there were some guns around, i cried. Then i started to cry more and more, on the other hand They were making fun of me crying. After a while i could understand that they were soldiers from Portugal and They really wanted to help me. They helped me for everything! They bought me food, They gave me a private room with a key and a towel. Moreover They even bought me cigarettes. Until the morning, i accept their help. Then i found a Turkish guy to help me about The Turkish Embassy. That guy told me to stay in his place, even if the Portuguese guys warned me about it, I just didn't want to disturb them anymore and went to his place by not knowing that he was the bad guy in the story. All the night they have texted me to be sure if I am good or not then the other morning i had to go back to their place, in addition to that they took me a nice portuguese restaurant and a nice club after i had done with all the documents i needed from embassy and financial issues i had solved. I couldnt go to the other countries i wanted to go and i couldn't travel again until i came back from Spain to Turkey to renew my passport but at the end I have just met such amazing people and i have learnt to trust people more, Especially the strangers! I had some nice Portuguese friends before but that was the first time some strangers helped me like that for the first time, we have still the contacts of each other and we talk sometimes. Well i often call them to Turkey but they haven't had time yet. After all, i have learnt that some people are just good people and if we believe and trust in goodness, good people will find us in any situation. It doesnt matter where you are, what your ethnicity is or what you do. Karma finds you for any reason if you believe in good vibes all the time, everywhere.
