My story is about connecting with people and culture, my own culture. I have been living in Mexico for almost all my life I used to travel to Europe and United States to study and showing my work for my professional career that is being a painter 👩🏼🎨. But every time I leave and come back I found my self in a cultural shock, As I am a white Mexican with European offspring Holand, Spanish and French from my grandmas and grandpas I don’t look Mexican and it has been really difficult for me to grow up in a society where I don’t feel I belong that’s why I travel that much to Europe, to find where I come from and my history is different that Mexican natives. In Mexico white people overcome the culture and has more power than native as Aztecs, Mayas and Cholultecs their history has been made aside for hundreds of years and we live in a racial culture right now and it is becoming a war politically and socially.
