As a young woman finally branching out into the world I want to be given the oppurtunity to explore the unique diversity of other cultures and what connects me to them. As someone of mixed carribean and british heritage I do not shy away from exploring multi culturalism. Through this competition I hope to develop my artistic writing visions as well as my deeply routed life long love for Japanese culture. I hope to explore the connections of both modern and ancient japan and how I can draw out themes of human honesty within it, which we all can relate to on a human level.
