Sorry if this isn't what i should write, but i'm too poor to travel, and in my opnion that scholarship should be given to a person (even if it's not me) that cannot travel due to economic related problems. i was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and my parents broke their relationship and both came back to their motherland, Alagoas (The worst state of Brazil in the Human Development Index) and since then it was just poverty for me and my mother. Today we survive with around 112 USD$ per month, we both have eye illiness and i have depression, clinical anxiety and bone illiness, so yeah, we aren't gonna travel soon and we barely make food and regular bills every month, the situation in brazil just gets worse after the new corona virus was confirmed in Brazil and inflaction is exploding.
