I just left my job in my home city Lahore Pakistan while working as a Journalist at news channel, as i was depressed because of society issues and people hatred behaviour around me..I just ask my friend to arrange som area where i have to live for some month alone.He gave me his under construction resort at Naltar valley gilgit.I went there in 10 April 2019, where the season of tourism is off because of Ramadan holy month.I just live there 3 consecutive months alone.IN whole area only 15 to 30 people living there while whole village go back to the gilgit city for peaceful ramadan.I wander the area alone b trekking and walking and comfort my self alone and search nature of Beauty.which make me more healthy and humble.I had made dont know any dish just made the dish and eat for 3 months.which is now my hobby to make some thing for a meal.As i was very angry and depressed guy before that..after 64 month my friend came to resort and started construction his resort which was completed in september.In Novemeber 25 i went back to my home city Lahore.I just want to share that, at some stage you have to be alone to discover yourself and nature around you to cleat your mind.
