Hey, nomads! You are welcome to my travel diary! 10:00, Monday I just booked my flight tickets to Paris today! Yayy, that's the first time i am going to be on a plane! After 10 days i will see the Eiffel Tower and i will pretend that i am French! Kiss like a French, dress like a French, eat like a french, be a frenchie by heart! And if i was a bit more adventurous i would probably ask you to draw me like one of your french girls! My first trip to France hasn't started yet but i am more than excited! I can't wait to explore this new world, but i don't want to do it just for an instagram picture, i want to feel the spirit of France! I want to breathe the wet air around Seine river, i want to try the french cuisine - they eat frogs but they do it in michelin star restaurants! I want to steal the style of the women walking on Champs-Elysees! And you know what they say - you can't go to France without falling in love, if you don't find a french lover there is still a good wine and delicious cheeses to spend the night with though! I want to do all that and even more so let me tell you my story here! After a little more than a week you will hear more from me! Au revoir, for now and merci beaucoup that you listened to me! Bonjour, nomads, it's me again! I am on the plane right now! I was in Paris for 5 days and it was unforgettable experience! I never knew i will fall so much in love with this city. I felt lost in a dream, from seeing the fabulous and famous Eifeel Tower to taking pics of the mini statue of liberty close to the river, like do you even know that it exists? Kinda felt like i am in New York too. The architecture of Paris is something i wasn't thinking i am going to be impressed by but believe me this city still remember its roots. I was feeling like Marie Antoinette with all these buildings and this old style of the city, it's very different atmosphere that cannot be described if you've never been there. I know i mention a lot of foods in my story, but i have to tell you that i tried French macarons which you automatically start to call just macarons when you are in France, or is it just me? They are so good but i am going to stop talking about it, because my story is slowly transforming into a food appreciation tweet or something. So, as you read, the topic of my story is 'a leap into the unknown' and you will probably wonder why is it so exciting and what kind of an adventure you can have by going to one of the biggest European countries, which is so modern and classy in the same time? Yes, i am confused by this long sentence too, but reading it twice make me want to answer it so i am going to tell you nomads - Paris is magic! And it's a once in a lifetime experience, i promise you. I have seen a lot of breathtaking views, i live in Bulgaria so you can't prove me wrong if i tell you we had the best nature, but believe me, seeing the shining Eiffel Tower for just a minute through the night is the magic i went there for. Paris tattoed itself on me for life and i can't be more thankful because of that. Paris is a compilation of today and the past, Arc de triomphe meeting Champs-Elysees is the biggest proof of that. Go to the Louvre and you'll never regret it, this small pyramid hides more secrets than you ever thought of. And last but not least, go see the Notre-Dame. The flames did damage to it but they didn't ruin the home of Quasimodo, Parsians won't let him homeless. They will save Notre-Dame for you and him. I am back nomads, but my mind is always going to be there!
