Two years ago, I went to Bali to spend holiday for about 5D4N if I am not mistaken. It was on September and I was travel solo. Months before I went there, I booked my flight (two ways) and also the place to stay. It was on tiket.com application where I arranged my trip. The rest, I had myself a preparation that went more on things inside my luggage, and I did not buy so much things, most of the things I carried with me was the old stuff plus pretty little new things like : hat, luggage tag, luggage belt and neck pillow. The most fragile thing I prepared was the cash to support my living cost during my stay there. I don't have any idea at that time on how am I going to have my holiday, because this was my first trip and I dont know anything about Bali. So, I was arrived at Ngurah Rai Bali airport at night and that was where my Bali journey begin. I took a taxi to brought me to the first hotel. From my searched result on tiket.com, it was a nice place, so..I was so excited. It took about 30 minutes from the airport to my first hotel. It said a hotel, but unfortunately, when I was arrived there, the place is not as good as it seen on the web and I was very dissapointed but I could not do anything about that, it was night time and I was tired from my flight, what I was thinking at that time was just shower, eat and sleep. Honestly speaking, I don't like the place, yes..it was a quite big room but it was an old building that needs to be renovated, the smell of the air was not so good, the smell of cat poo still rang on my head evrytime I had to flash back to that place. The furniture inside the room was also vintage so, for me, it was a little bit creepy being alone inside. I can't even slept well. But I had to endure it because I have settled the payment. In the morning, they provided breakfast, but again, I could not stand with the not so good smell and uncleaned place. I did took a cup of coffee and sliced of bread, but I could not finish it. I left my breakfast and decided to went out from that place to find a place to had my breakfast. I was surprised that there was Starbucks near the place where I stayed. So, I was very happy and excited, I feel relieved because finally I could have a proper breakfast. I wore a long sleeved see through blouse with Indian mozaic print, a light long ledging pants, heeled flip flop, hat, sunglasses and a sling bag. It tooks for about 30 to 45 minutes spent time at Starbucks. From that point, I took a walk along the Kuta sidewalk, it was very very hot at that time, some people look at me with a weird expression, I bet it might be because of my outfit, haha.., but I dont care, I kept walking straight until I met a gate that lead me to Kuta beach. I spent hours here, from laying on the couch and enjoyed fresh coconut drink to a short surfing lesson. I enjoyed my time there. It was hot, it was windy, it was great and I loved it.
