A year ago, i decided to travel to India to meet a man i have been to talking to for a while now. Travelling is nothing new to me, i have been to places back and forth but never for an adventure. It's always for some business or wherever life takes me. I decided to go because i have always wanted to see the world. But unfortunately, my resources are limited and a good vacation is not always possible. Don't get me wrong, the whole time i was thinking that this is either the best or the worst decision i have ever made. Now, i can honestly say that that the absolute best decision i have ever made in my life! India is absolutely stunning! There is so much to see. It's not a surprise that there are a lot of temples to be found in India, but what amazes me is that no matter how big or small they are, they never skimped out on details. These structures are beautiful! Then i went to travel to Calangute, one of the beach areas in Goa. Here you can always find something to do and the people are very friendly. This is one of the best part of this vacation. But my,absolute, favorite part of this whole trip was when i went to Agra and visited the famous Taj Mahal. This one definitely is a sight to see. Growing up you see pictures of this famous landmark, but the pictures does not do it justice. Seeing it in person is nothing short of spectacular! From the size of the Taj Mahal to the little intricate details, i literally just stood there for a good 5 minutes with my mouth open. I was in awe. I came to India to meet a man i have a connection with. But i fell in love with the sights, its people and the whole country. I am not done yet. I am going this year to see more of the place that i personally like to refer to as my second home.
