The company sent me to Kazakhstan to visit International Exhibition in September. I arrived at the Nursultan airport at midnight. A handsome Kazakh driver picked me up and took me to the hotel. The Kazakh guy was very polite and helped me with my luggage. I loved his last words before he left: Welcome to Kazakhstan! The next day, I went to a local restaurant for lunch. The first noticeable thing was the menu which had Tashkent tea. I am a native Uzbek. So, I must try these. But I am still very curious why that tea is called Tashkent tea. However, Tashkent tea you can only try in Kazakh restaurants, because there is no tea called Tashkent tea in Tashkent itself. The second thing which attracted me was the blue-green eyed beautiful waitress. She was completely different from the others. I asked where she was from. To my surprise, she responded that she was a native Kazakh girl. Actually, If you travel to Central Asia, it is easy to find out that people’s appearance is quite different from each other. During the exhibition, I made many friends, and one of them is a Chinese, called Mr. Chen. He asked me if I could accompany him to Almaty, the other city in Kazakhstan. After a long thought, I decided to join him. After my business trip to Nur-sultan, I flew to Almaty with my new friend. The beautiful stewardesses served us on the plane. I was so happy and took a lot of funny Selfies. Oh my God! After the plane landing, I accidentally dropped my phone and it was broken. I had been planning to take videos about my journey to Almaty! Besides, that phone was my Dad’s gift on my birthday. That time I was so nervous, I couldn’t imagine my life without my phone.Actually, I didn’t want to travel anymore. A local guide met us and three travelers left the airport and went to the destination by car. I was in a bad mood and just slept on the road. I didn’t ask Mr.Chen where the three of us were going to. When I woke up and opened my eyes, I was surprised. We were in a local family, Saty Village, which was far from the city center. No Internet, no Wi-Fi, no cars, no high buildings. The hostess cooked for us traditional Kazakh meals and took care of me. I forgot all my nervousness. When it was dark, we all went out for a walk. It was amazing: open air, bright stars in the night sky. I heard my own voice told me: I haven't seen so many stars before. Sometimes I wish that moments would never disappear, because I want to stay in this moment forever. We went back to the local family, slept in a deep silence. The following day morning, after drinking camel’s milk (In Kazakhstan, camel milk is very famous), we got into the classic car, which was older than my Dad, and drowe away. After two hours, we arrived at a fantastic place: The Charyn Canyon! Wow! It is a place where You can find the Nature’s power. No wonder that Charyn Canyon is called the younger brother of the Grand Canyon in the United States. While Mr.Chen was busy to film us with his drone, I walked slowly enjoying the beauty of Nature. Stones of different colors, shapes and textures tumbled onto the ground. They know secrets of the history. Moreover, the weather was quite cool. We walked down on a path to the river. The river’s calming sound helped us to relax after a long day. Eventually, we enjoyed a mysterious look of the valley at sunset. I absolutely unexpected so many fabulous things to wait for me in Kazakhstan! After our short trip, we all went to Almaty. I was thankful to Mr.Chen and Kazakh girl, I was reluctant to leave them. I flew back home with my unforgettable memories. Travel as much as possible! What is more, turn off your phone to leave work thoughts! Keep your eyes closed and try to get the feeling that goes with that thought. Your next stop is your best adventure!
