It was a summer evening when I was sitting with my cousin, we planned to celebrate this Eid with our teacher, who lived in the Shangla valley. On the second day of eid we took our luggage and left for the journey. Due to high Rush, we intended to get on the bike. We left the house early in the morning in the morning as the trip was long.It was a very happy day for me as I had never done this before, in a state of great joy we started our journey. By Noon we reached Chakdara. We had lunch with a friend of my cousin. He was an afghan refugee residing in Chakdara near to Swat valley, he insisted that we spend the night at his house but our journey was long so we decided to moved and begin our journey. On the way the rain surrounded us, causing us to slow down a bit. And we sheltered in an under construction house, there were more people because of the rain. Talking to them, it turned out that they were from Shangla and had come to roam in swat valley. The rain stopped soon, and being one destination, we decided to go along. It soon become dark due to bad weather and being unfamiliar with the route we slow down our speed, soon the night come to us. Realizing our problem, they also slowed their pace. Finally we arrived in Shangla at night. Because of the night, we could not go anywhere. So we decided to spend the night with our stranger traveling friends, upon visiting their house we found out they are respected people in the area and their father was the mayor of the Shangla. We had dinner together while discussing the political things of the country with the Mayor of Shangla. He was a noble man, he give full respect to us although we were unexpected guests. After dinner we slept long because of tiredness. In morning we after breakfast we left for the teacher house. We spent three days there , that was the most beautiful days of my life. Our teacher was also happy because we spent eid with him in his village. After spending three days there we take return route to our home with broken heart because the scenario were amazing and people's were very hospitable.it was a very good experience I captured a lot of pictures. Now when I look at these pictures I miss those stranger people with whom we spent a night. I pray to Allah that Allah keep them happy. Sometimes I think that when would I go on a trip like that again...
