San Martín de los Andes is one of the most beautiful mountain villages in the world, situated in southern Argentina, is part of Patagonia's vast territory and a must-see in the corridor of Route 40 by the magnificent Andes mountain range. This small town stands surrounded by endless forests and colossal glacial lakes that expand wide as the horizon. You´ll find trees taller than any building and lake shores with the purest water, that tastes great! You 'll find cushioned grass, thick forests and gigantic mountains. Flowers and mushrooms burst into colors, textures, and fragrances. Winds are so powerful your weight vanishes and make your whole self vibrate. Pure energy hits you in the best way possible. When you meet San Martin de los Andes, there is one thing you are faced to: Nature´s enormity. Gigantic waters sparking for miles under the sun, infinite tones of greens and blues combined in the most majestic and perfect lifeform reframe your whole perspective on life´s real scales. It reminds you of how unbelievable small we are compared to the forces that surround us. When you are faced with such scenery, you can only stare. And you can stare for hours. There´s nothing there for you to do, own or achieve, and yet, a true feeling of fulfillment and belonging embraces your whole existence. Greatness IS, and you are part of it, just by being there.
