So, when we think about unknown. We tends to think it a placed unheard or mystical land. So ancient we can't even possibly imagine its Existence. Its History, Culture, people, language...all lost in the Relm of time. Place which Im talking about is the Ancient City of Dholavira. A Magnificent Town with its Existence is well over 5000 yr old. Part of the Ancient Indus Valley Civilization that is one of the 4 major Civilization of this world. Was Lucky enough to visit ruins yet still beautiful town of Dholavira in Gujarat state of India. Its one of the most revered Town not only because of its history (Im kind of History nerd) but also Spiritual Sentiments as it has many Ancient Temples as well. People from far and wide use to Visit just to get a sneek this citu grandeur and its Iconic planned Pathways nd Sewage system (As of other Citys of Indus Valley are famous) Its planned site is treasured by many Historians and Archeologists....Not only its civic building but Dholavira is also famous for its Valued Dockyard which was one of the first in the world... This gives an Idea that Indus Valley Civilization was pioneers in Seafarers. There historical Arches as well as Dockyard are one of the most decorated pieces in ancient India. Not only they have Dockyard but Ancient Cith of Dholavira also had Storage House which was used as to trade as well as store excess Grains... This provide an over view that they were great traders. There Economy was finest, they had knowledge about numbers and were aware about weights, measurements and root arthematics. After talking with locals they told me about a nearby jungle where they had a ancient temple that was important shrine of Of Earth Goddess People of Dholavira worshipped.while I was in the Road and looking at the pristine sea and ancient Ruin I could see why Dholavira was Important. There were mountains around this place hence it provide natural defense,a vast sea and its improved Dockyard hence they traded with egypt, Sumerians and other Civilization, they had a well defined Barter system hence equal distribution of weats, barley and other native Grains My journey of Dholavira and its surrounding helps me to form an Idea how I wanted to live my life... I really want to explore the Unexplore and would. Places which I never saw, egar to knows its history as well as having a one on one interaction with local Dholavira showed me my inner desire, motivated me to know about that place. And encouraged me to talk with other people. One of my dream is to visit new places, not luxurious or anything. But Raw, unhindered, Mystical and Adventurous in nature Dholavira was one of the best trip. Cause I explored without any intervention, it activated my adventure loving skills It helps me to find my inner self as well as developing a new trait and love for travelling I'am hoping to get my backpack and start another Dholavira It was really an Adventure of lifetime
