A warm bright sunny hot morning on a beautiful summer day July 17, I must brag. The eager emotions to travel on a airplane to one of the most fun state California ! Less than an eight hour flight from Cvg airport to Los Angeles, California. A bit sleepy, but a 3 hour time distance from Ohio. The landing was amazing once I touched down in California the energy the atmosphere was such a huge difference from Ohio! Gas prices was higher than normal but the amount of polite and nice people was unbelievable! Random people would wave the Palm trees the air felt different than my normal town of oak trees and stern people. My father met me at the airport and was so ecstatic to tour me around the state. Everything was so much bigger the malls ! The people capacity ! The food ! Random fact I didn’t know. Certain colors like red or blue I couldn’t wear because certain areas was very heavily apart of a gang and they would think your gang affiliated. So a lot of clothes I couldn’t wear. I stayed in my dad 2 bedroom apartment for approximately 3 weeks. My dad, took me to chicken and waffle restaurant and the food was great, that was my first time trying cheese eggs with onions in it. My father, drove me to the downtown LA where the incident Tupac Shakur got shot over a decade ago. Telling me where and how. My dad took my brother and To the best golfing course for fun activities . Me and my brother was so happy to experience and Something that’s totally different from the plain boring Cincinnati, Ohio. After that busy day with our father. We met my father and his phat brothers(fraternity brothers) back at his apartment and started BBQ and watch the beautiful sunset. It was the best time of my life being a pre-teen and my brother being 11 months older than me . We never wanted to leave! My brother and I knew this would be the place we both will move to. A few days later, my father drove us to San Diego, California. It was so much more Humid than La and my opinion so much more beautiful a lot more hills and a beautiful amazing Beach. He took us shopping and then we headed out to the beach , the beach was so beautiful the sand was soo hot it was hard to stay in that sand, the crabs was walking around the water was so salty, the beautiful birds was hovering over they prey the beautiful sky was blue and beautiful clouds present during that very moment. It was people playing basketball behind the scenery of the ocean and sand. It was woman and men rolling skating, people selling products, singing melody music, an open bar and tarot reading. So much different versatile and ethnicities I never seen many diversity people in one area doing different things. And nicely getting along.. that was my favorite part about California. I loved everything! The only sad part is the homeless rate is very high in California, so it’s a lot of homeless people literally sleeping in the streets. Very sad to had seen with my two eyes. But shockingly, they didn’t seem so upset or sad. They looked very happy... well some of them. Being 24 years old now I realized so far that was my favorite state to travel. I haven’t went back, nor ever traveled out the country, which is one of my biggest dreams to do. I pray that I get to achieve that goal I pray I can become a travel agent, and become a better writer to fly out the country and states. Being under the right training i know I can be and purse what ever my heart desires. I just hope I’m one of the people that gets picked. I will truly take FULL advantage of this beautiful opportunity!
