Hie there. I have been writing cover letters for the past few years and i must say by far this is the most difficult cover letter i have to write. I am probably compiting with people that have been out there in the world taking selfies on sandy beaches and swimming with the dolphins. Let me introduce myself before we can get in it. My name is Michelle Sithole , 24 years of age. I was born in Zimbabwe and i am currently residing in South Africa. Fetching firewood in the neibouring forest and going to the borehole with a 20 litre bucket was the kind of life i grew up to. A tap , a bulb and a kettle for boiling water were things rich people afforded. In 2008 i jumped the boarder coming into south africa and little did i know what an adventure awaited for me. We made a few stops until we made it in Cape Town after being 3 days on the road . I had image in my mind of how South Africa would look like. I had heard stories of how there were no trees and grass and the whole place was full of skycrappers and electricity . South Africa is a beautiful country. We stayed in a little shack in a Township called Nomzamo in Strand. Though there were issues about the xenophobia , most people were friendly and very welcoming. I learned a new language, Isixhosa .In Primary school mom used to send to tge tuck shop to buy "Amagwinya" a fat cook with polony for my lunch box. In summer we went swimming at the strand or Gordonsbay Beach. I never missed a chance of buying ice cream at my favourite ice cream shop "Nice 'n Ice and by the way we owned a few electrical appliances and i knew how to use all of them. 2012 the Soccer World Cup was held in South Africa. What a life time experience. The whole country showed the spirit of "Ubuntu " unity and different races and nations came together for one cause. We used to watch the game at the local tavern where they had big screen televisions. As i mentioned before summer is my favourite season. We always drive to stellenbosch Root 44 market where the is live entertainment and different foods and beverages from diffrent places.I am currently staying claremont. When i am off i take a walk to the claremont gardens for a fresh breeze and a clear mind. I have never been out of South Africa but i would love to travel the world because it my passion. I am currently doing a TEFL certificate to teach abroad. If all works out well i might be sending you some post cards with an international stamp on it. Fingers crossed. Thank you so much for your time . I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely Michelle Sithole
