I will tell about my personal experience following a short trip not planned in advance and with a very limited budget. following moral and psychological suffering because of a major depression I found myself imprisoned with anxiety, fear, intellectual overload..., so I decided to go on a trip to Alger because it was the closest destination to Tunisia. We took the bus my son and I at seven o'clock in the morning, leaving the built-up areas, the views become more and more magnificent the fields appear streaked with degraded greenery, the sky is cloudy, the forests are becoming more and more vast, the intellectual cumulation decreases, the visual field has just been supplied. after the highway we landed at the toll then took the road to customs for a period of half an hour it was not bad, we are veiled in a new territory May everything is the same nothing is different than the appointment. our stay took three nights; the first day we moved in the morning to the traditional markets, the evening to pass in the shops of different brands, it was a tiring and busy day ; the second day was completely different it was a day at the seaside in the city of ENNABA, the climate was magnificent, the sea so beautiful, brilliant in a turquoise color, the marriage between sea and sky was successful by all terms. the last day was the shortest looking for a controller for my son's ps4 and trying it out on the street, upon returning home and following the change of daily life the most distinguished thing is that the trip can sincerely relieve the state of morals or improve it but its depobd of the quality of travel, as long as the general set of travel is professional as the percentage of improvement is high just like using a brand perfume its hard ; finally I came back with relief which lasted a period of one week with the minimum of antidepressants possible. I used Google Translate
