The Baduy community in Banten Province, Indonesia teach me how to live at the moment present, successfully. They are considered an uncontacted people, a group who are almost completely isolated from the outside world without any technologies. When I was there, I contacted some of them. The way they see the whole world, to be grateful, and avoid environmental destruction really made me lost my heart of them. I felt mindfulness and more enjoying my life. They teach me how to live at the moment present and I realized that multi tasking and monkey mind are useless.
