Mostly my writings include personal experience but this trip was quite memorable. My trip to Philippines during the winter of 2017 which lasted till the summer of 2018. So, my brother who resides in Makati city, Manila since 2009 invited me and parents to visit his place for vacation. There was no plans of extension there , so excitement was quite high. First of all the flight! Though there is a direct 8-9 hours direct flight, my brother opted for connecting flight from Bangkok. After spending close to 4 hours rest time, we switched our flight for manila. And finally, after 11 hours of journey, we landed Philippines🇵🇭.! Quite similar to mumbai, something special about the place, it's roads, beaches and the metropolitan lifestyle. My first two weeks were limited only in Manila as we used to be with brother and his family . The beauty of Manila lies in its infrastructure. Grandeur style of towers and malls. Mall of Asia stands tall for its size and length following by Gloretta. Third week in, and we travelled via roadways yo Subic Bay, which is close 600kms far. Amazing beaches and nightlife to enjoy. The place was made for USA base camp during World War II, but today is one of the finest tour destination of Philippines🇵🇭. Iskon temple in Manila along with Hindu Manila temple, a religious place where we got to meet alot of our native land's people. If you search demographs, quite a large number of Indians travel to Manila for Pursuing academics in Medical, setting up their own business or to work in IT sector. One more amazing part of Philippines, if one has craving for multicuisine meal midnight, there is no need to worry. Pasha restaurant located in the heart of makati, serves one of the best Persian and Lebanese meal in the world. Try it's Humus, falafel and Maclabu Rice. Also, if one enjoys the nicotine usage in terms of Hookah, well you may just love that place. People loving liquor, well you may not get in Pasha but other restaurants do sell that too cheaper than India. Overall, my visit was quite a fun & adventurous. I had been lucky to attend seminars held by some of the best university in the world at Fairmont Makati and EduSummit held in MOA(Mall of Asia). Even my first 4dx movie I watched Star Wars:The Last Jedi was just amazing experience.! Leaving place was little emotional moment, but totally fun loving trip. One may face little problem for Visa process as they follow USA methodology but still it's worth to visit. I already have made up plans to visit Cebu the next time I make a visit.
