My name is Segun Lijofi, the first child of the family, I schooled in kogi State Polytechnic lokoja, all hope are on me. Around September 2019, a thought came into my heart that why don't I complete my education in the university in a nearby country, Benin Republic. I pounder over it for months and months till December, I made up my mind to carry out my plan, but with no sponsor, I searched online for an available university in Benin which I can transfer. I discovered a wild possibility of university accepting transfer student, I met with Benininfo online, which gave me all the details I needed for the transfer. I told my friend Michael whose phone am using right now about it. Ten I made up my mind being in the final year at the previous school, I sold my electronic gadgets to purchased the transfer bill and some other peripheral things. I paid some money into Benininfo online account, 2 weeks later my friend Michael told about a big bro who can help with the transfer, he mailed his contact to me, we communicated with each other, then he promised to help me out. Prior to that time, the highest mountain behind my Former school nobody in my school has ever climbed, I climbed it, it was an amazing adventure, I almost lost my life, but when I got to the top, I was the most happy man alive that moment, that gave me the courage to transfer. The day I took the main action was on a Sunday after the first service, I went out, I told only my choir leader I was travelling, but he never knew where exactly I was going, that was the last day I saw him. Remember I sold my electronic gadgets including my phone, so I bought a smaller one does not have internet. I took bus at the park to Lagos, I left around 10am I got to Lagos around 9pm exactly, met with Michael's brother, we talked about everything, he says no problem. Second day sold my system, Michael's brother helped me out, I told him I had no sponsor, he gave some money too. Third day we left for the border between Nigeria and Benin Republic, we left around seven, we got to the border around 10am, we provided our international passport for stamping and told the officials I was a transfer students, we got to the school, I was registered and certified a student of the institution. Then I went to live with Michael, my parent never knew how I got here, but for the first time in my life I felt peace even though no sponsor, I told my parents the said am on my own, till now am on my own looking for job and studying, but the sweet part is I never regretted this journey. The future I don't know, if am picked, I will narrate what happen next to the reader. Thanks....
