Last year, I went to Cape Town / South Africa. And all I knew about Africa was a mistake. The city has not forgotten apartheid or racism and keeps that time alive in museums and galleries. You can feel people's hope for energy and receptivity to tourists. Freedom and inspiration are in the air, in all parts of the city, at the top of the mountains, in the large garden, in Green Park. Time seems to go by so fast and you don't realize it. There is poverty, yes, there is. But it is a place that is constantly growing. You can visit the slums and help with social projects. It doesn't matter if it is the rich or poor part of the city, you can see the same feeling of change and the same pleasure for the new people received.
