India is not only known for its variety of culture but also variety of food. The foods vary from North to South and from east to West. The flavors and essence of each food distinguishes from the other.The amora is mouth watering and I'm sure anyone would fall in love with it. Sweet and spicy , the main two essential flavors are widely found. There are different types of sweets in different parts of the country like Bengal is famous is rasagullas , Gujrath is famous for its Dhoklas and Fafdas , Karnataka is famous for its Peda's and Barfi's , too many dishes if I could name as well as spicy and authentic dishes such as Keema rolls, pani piri, masala piri, golgappas, pav bhaji, vada pav ,cotton candies, masala dosa, chicken tikka, fish delicacies......I could write a book about it, couldn't I? Another great attraction of food in India are 'Street Food '.The food so delicious with variety of flavors sold on the pavements are a must ! .... There also are food carnivals and exhibition that would steal your heart.
