Two years ago I traveled to Ashgabat, and the first thing Ive noticed from the plane while approaching is the White spot in the Middle of Black desert. In the city, you don't see Bars, No alcohol to buy, or drink. Cigarettes are sold only in the Mall ( No cigarette shops ( you cant smoke a cigarette any where in your work, university, streets.). All Buildings, and Side walks are White in the New city. there are people who are working to clean up the sidewalks, and streets with water, soap, and groom (that was my shocking thing to see). They even textile and they are taking off the dust from the White sidewalk. A city if you want to walk to the big park, you may find a one or two people there. If there is a crowd in the city, then its only 5 cars in the wide street with the maximum speed of 70km/hr. After Nine o'clock, the city is closed every where even Restaurants.
