A leap into the unknown India

As i flew from a nation of incredibles that is India to a nation of determined... across 7 oceans and numerous countries... i was a like a vagabond to an unknown place..with people surrounding me like a wind which was not known. It was the Logan international airport where i entered the United States of America for the first time. The first thing in my mind was The statue of liberty, but yes i knew the road to it was too far and i had to explore the local gems and yes the great city of boston. Going through the broad daring highways with cars literally flying on the roads to steady beautiful side roads where there serenity resided . Everything over here was so well organised and pleasing that my senses where getting locked to such a gem of a city as i was on my way to westford . Next day When i entered the boston city ... i perceived it to be a busy city and yes it was but not , to my expectation. From wild broad highways to narrow sweet lanes , i was surprised with every turn i took. So many different cultures where in each others presence and happy like colours of rainbow. I felt so satisfied that yes , humanity resides everywhere , it doesn’t demand colour, caste , creed ,race etc. With being almost mesmerised with each feature of the place i moved ahead looking for places to explore and got hold of visiting Harvard business school, MIT boston , The central library and Piccadilly Square . The best Pasteries where from Mike’s in central boston. Re-routing myself for the next day , i went on to a road journey to New York. it took us 4.15 hrs including all stoppages to Reach the outskirts of one of the busiest cities of the world with Miss liberty welcoming us with open arms. the fascination of every tourist is to visit the time square and there I was with witnessing some of the most electrifying and eye catching atmosphere around the globe with multicolour streams of Screens and flashing lights , Noise of yellow cabs and Millions of voices echoing together . The most embarrassing thing i found was the Models asking for a picture with you for just 5$ and wearing almost nothing , with the American flag painted on their entire body . I felt that a bit weird but yes, those ladies do have the guts to carry them at such a place . Next up was a good restaurant where i could some good authentic Indian food and there i landed at a place at almost 10:30 pm local New York time and as usual it was a crowded place with a Place so small that could only Accommodate two poor tables and hardly 8 people to sit on those and enjoy a thali (plate )full of Indian delicacies .. It was surprising to find later that all the cab drivers who were Indians specifically came there to have food. Next morning we planned to leave for California state which was to the extreme west of USA. Los Angeles was the city where we got down after a 6 hrs flight. It was unbelievable to experience a 6 hrs flight to just get from one end of a country to the other as Back home the maximum a domestic flight would take was 3.15 hrs ... no one can ever sense how big the USA is just by seeing it on the atlas. We took a road journey to Las Vegas the city for fortunate people where fortunes turn overnight. The road journey consisted of going through dessert plateaus and few cowboy places where there was no human settlement nearby. Luckily our car never left us alone in such a wonder of unknown places . finally we reached Las Vegas after a 5 hr road journey. It was like a paradise for any new visitor as lights all around with beautifully constructed resorts and larger than imagination casinos . With cultures like a glass of water with sugar. It was a journey a trip or i as i say a destined checkpoint to discover.
