When I first started my journey of self discovery I never knew that this path would take me to where I am today. Life is pretty amazing and when you least expect it, Boom 💥 it all makes sense. When you are living with no hold on giving of yourself to others you see and realize things that life has to offer that really can not be purchased. Every morning I woke up to a very familiar empty feeling in my chest. Some would say it’s loneliness and others would say it’s just a lack of fulfillment. That first breath I would take once I woke from my sleep would be the hardest moment of my waking day. I would have to take a moment to clam my heartbeat and remind myself that I am good and nothing can harm me. After a couple of minutes my heartbeat would stabilize and I would be able to put a smile on my face and think of how I would pass the day.
