A leap into the unknown Bulgaria

First I am Hristo from Bulgaria, I live in Sofia. I have traveled a lot around the world, but I think it will be more interesting to talk about my country. As I told you, I am from Bulgaria and live in the capital which name is Sofia. My story will be interesting because I will try to describe the beauty of Bulgaria from different points of view, starting from Sofia and reaching the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winding through mountains forests, small villages and big cities with a centuries-old history. As every capital city Sofia has collected all of the country colors. Sofia is situated between Stara Planina mountain in the northeast and the mountains Lyulin, Vitosha and Lozenska in the southwest. As we go to the East, early in the morning, we reach the hilly town of Veliko Tarnovo which is situated on two hills, Trapezitsa and Tsarevets, and between them passes the Yantra River. Located at about 220 km far from Sofia. A little history about a wonderful city, which was the capital of the Second Bulgarian State and the Principality of Bulgaria during the period 1878 - 1879. You will witness a wonderful view, especially at night, if you stay for a sleep there! On some days of the week, there is illumination of the fortress with different colours combined with traditional music. The next day, after breakfast, I will go to the seaside town of Varna, but before that we will stop to see another fortress. Madara is a small village 17 km away from Shoumen. History is rich in 1388. Madara was destroyed, burned and depopulated by the Turks. The challenge of climbing to the top with many stairs that are steep but worth! After an hour of climbing and 30 minutes of descent without a quick, we drink coffee and gather strength for the last 100 km or 1 hour to the sea. Varna, Varna and the blue waves are visible from afar. It is a big city and has lots of traffic during the summer season. I usually prefer small resorts outside of Varna. Places immersed in medieval history, coastal fortresses, endless sandy beaches, combined with nightlife and wild places untouched by man.
