"Ammonite campaign" It happed 9 of August, right after my birthday. I born 08.08.98. Just fact, that this number 8 is everywhere in my life. But about story. My brother proposed to our company to go to special territory where we can find fantastic ammonites. Nothing initially portended trouble. We had to get to a certain place by car, then walk 10 km and we were there. We should have been swimming, resting, mining stones. But it was not so at all. We left Kyiv at 5 a.m. in the morning, we met dawn, we drove for about three hours, drove to the forbidden territory, saw the gate with the lock, knocked it out with a hammer, drove in and realized that we had stopped in someone’s private courtyard. And here, as soon as we left, we tied the money , a man came out to the gate from another courtyard because he have heard knocking of hammer. But all is well, he did not kill us. After driving a little longer, we realized that the car would not go into the thicket, left it in the yard of some people and went on foot. Without going into too much detail, Google maps didn’t work good, we arrived at our destination at 4.30 p.m. We had to go further along the Dnipro river. And even rubber boots didn’t help, because the water was almost to the waist. And there’s no shoes for change, sneakers are in the car. Naturally, there’s no question about swimming and relaxing. We returned to the car at 22p.m., someone with bursting calluses, someone with cut legs, someone was late for the train at 23.40 to another city. But we, of course, were extremely happy to just sit down, because we walked 35 km through the mountains with thickets and a bunch of spiders. Then someone was drinking water, someone was eating ice cream. We have gone to home. But in some moment on road the brakes stopped working. It was terryble! We were very lucky that this did not happen on a road with cliffs and not on the track at great speed. And then we realized that no matter how hard it was for us - there is something even worse! We had to leave the car and people helped us. We were at home at 3 a.m. of new day. Very tired, but alive! This story is about very extreme adventure. After this other problems in my traveling seems like easy game. So, as Rosalie de Castro said, "I see my way, but I do not know where it will lead. Nothing knowing where the road is going, inspires me to go on it."
