I didn't expect to find Brazil

April 12th, 2014 - the date which I could not possibly imagine that this adventure would become the wealthiest gift of my entire life. For the first time I had the feeling of being able to touch and contemplate one of God's wonders up close. I felt so blessed to be there and see all that huge natural monument, that I cried when I came across the greatness of this waterfall. It wasn't easy to get there, and for a moment I thought that I couldn't reach the trekking. I was afraid but give up wasn't definately an option. I went forward through the challenge of crossing a canyon with billion years, to find a waterfall embraced by a wall with more than 85 meters in height. At the time I got there I was thankful and cried silently. I didn't take pictures inside of the canyon because the path was pretty hard and the water volume was scary. So the best and most beautiful images will remain in my mind and heart, forever. Going back through the path on the top of Buracão falls, I could realize the real meaning of accomplishment. "Veni, vidi, vici!" Since that moment this beautiful and majestic waterfall became part of me. Every time I face a problem or challenge, I just close my eyes and teleport myself to those canyons. They have an indescribable beauty and strenght that reload any human being soul.
